Sue Senovich has 8 years experience developing performance measurement and compensation systems. Her compensation experience includes work with base pay, annual incentive, sales compensation, deferred compensation, and employee stock plans for financial, manufacturing, distribution and healthcare organizations. In addition, she has extensive experience with PeopleSoft Human Resource Management Systems including proficiency using PeopleSoft Query. Candice Marshall has experience developing interactive training materials and creating dynamic presentations for a wide array of organizational issues. She has served as the project manager for several training initiatives, with a focus in the healthcare sector.
