Steve Jones offers 25 years of consulting experience with projects aimed at improving organization performance.  In this work, he focuses on three areas: design, delivery and evaluation of training - both in-person and on-line, measuring performance - including balanced scorecards, and designing self-funding incentive systems. He regularly conducts workshops on performance measurement and problem solving in the US and Latin America.  He has authored several articles and book chapters on the subject and published two edited books on work teams and a book on measuring and improving performance.  He has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is certified as a Achieve-Global trainer and certified in ROI (return on investment) training evaluation. Steve is fluent in Adobe E-learning software.

Andrew Ito - A truly global level business professional who has mainly served multi- national corporation as top executive for last 15 years. He served as President & CEO of Pearl Corporation for last 6 years, a company known as the world leader of musical instrument. Along with his corporate executive experience he consults to mid to small cap corporation to establish global business strategies, business process reengineering, brand management, organizational assessment, etc. He offers extensive experience in communication and cultural issues with Japanese owned companies. Andy is fluent in Japanese.

Misty Keninitz has 8+ years of corporate experiences with General Mills, Inc. World Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. Her experiences range from Sales Account Management, Business Development, Category Management and Consumer/Market Analysis to Instructional Design, Project Management, and Training Facilitation. Misty also has several years of experience with Employee Recruitment & Retention and the development and implementation of employee Orientation and Internship programs. Misty has a Master's Degree in Instructional Systems, Training Design & Development from Penn State University

Bud Locilento is a broadly experienced senior human resources executive and consultant with particular capabilities in human capital strategy formulations, recruitment and retention, executive staffing and development, organizational effectiveness and compensation design. With over 25 years of executive and consulting experience in the diversified financial services, healthcare and business services sectors, he applies a practical operational approach to client engagements. He has successfully defined and implemented innovative human resource initiatives that add value and contribute to improved business performance. Mr. Locilento works as a part of the Alignment Group and has his own business, Human Capital Partners. He has served as Senior Vice-President, Human Resources for NovaCare Employee Services and he has 13 years of experience in health care. As the senior HR manager at NovaCare, he created a career development and succession planning strategy for clinical managers who were assuming greater responsibility for financial results in a rapidly growing company.

Sue Senovich has 8 years experience developing performance measurement and compensation systems. Her compensation experience includes work with base pay, annual incentive, sales compensation, deferred compensation, and employee stock plans for financial, manufacturing, distribution and healthcare organizations. In addition, she has extensive experience with PeopleSoft Human Resource Management Systems including proficiency using PeopleSoft Query. Suzan’s focus is on integrating performance management with rewards in order to both satisfy and motivate employees.

Candice Marshall has experience developing interactive training materials and creating dynamic presentations for a wide array of organizational issues. She has extensive experience conducting job analyses, and creating interactive web-based training programs. She has served as the project manager for several training initiatives, with a focus in the healthcare sector. She has experience in group facilitation and action planning as well as developing marketing materials for organizational communication. Candice holds a BA in Marketing and is working towards a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her research has focused on career decision making and career development. Candice has worked on projects with TDK Corporation, Saint Thomas Healthcare, Ascension Health, Vanderbilt University, and Community Health Systems.

Shayna Hansen has experience in on-line training, survey creation and administration.  As a member of a project team, she has developed on-line training courses for local and national health care firms.  Her experience also includes development and delivery of training needs assessment, as well as development of training materials for county-wide implementation.  Additional experience includes data collection and analysis for a regional marketing research firm. Shayna is pursuing a masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Additionally, Shayna is fluent in French.
